I do not know if you are looking for new essays or old. I have written an
essay on the film which was subsequently abstracted for the 40th anniversary
collection of FILM QUARTERLY. The original appeared as NOTHING LEFT TO LOSE
in PSYCHIATRIC TIMES, and in a longer version elsewhere, cannot at the moment
away from my own computer remember where. Let me know.
