I have tried to contact Renfield Productions about the possibility of
producing a script under my direction. Because it is based on copyrighted
material, I cannot go at this alone, and it seems like a project Messrs.
Dante and Finnell might be interested in. I was first told Renfield was
at Universal, then found on a web site that they had moved to Warner. I
sent a formal letter and my risumi to Renfield Productions and the Warner
Studios address. I received it in the mail yesterday. It had a stamped
address to Universal Pictures on it, the Warner address scribbled out, and
"c/o JOE DANTE, director" written on it in red marker. It also had a red
stamp, "PERSON NOT AT UNIVERSAL STUDIOS RETURN TO SENDER". Would anyone
be able to inform me of the current whereabouts?
