I recommend three films by Andrei Tarkovsky: 1) Solaris  2) Stalker  3)
The Sacrifice.  I believe these three films meet the criteria you are
seeking -- and in my opinion, are far better and more interesting than
any of the films on your list.

SOLARIS
Release Year: 1972
Production Company: Mosfilm
Country: USSR
Synopsis: Science fiction: some scientists in a space observation
laboratory, above the planet Solaris, discover that the ocean contains
some power which forces them to materialise their obsessions in solid
form.
A new arrival calls up the physical simulation of his wife, a long-dead
suicide.
