If you want a real switch of roles, there is Lawrence Oliver's *Nazi*
dentist in MARATHON MAN.  Check out Cassavettes HUSBANDS.  I don't
think that the dentist in that film is specifically Jewish, but scenes
were shot in the office of Dr. Abraham Poster, who also designed the
rotting teeth of Ratso Rizzo for MIDNIGHT COWBOY.  (He even gave me a
checkup once!)
