(what Hitchcock said in a little-known article of 1936 - it's not
indexed in Sloan); the McKittrick Hotel in VERTIGO (3 items); John
Buchan's
prejudices; what Hitchcock got from ON THE WATERFRONT (2 items).
 
That last item includes reference to the ship in MARNIE (and two
possible inspirations of it).
 
The "News" feature on the same page has lately added a report on the
death of Robert Young and
