Dear Stephen,

You should call New Yorker and ask if they do have a U-matic or otherwise
video transfer of the film. Sometimes they will sell a film not on home video
to institutions (for a higher price of course, just like the rest of us
distributors). If not, Jean-Pierre teaches at the University of California,
San Diego Visual Arts Department and you can try contacting him.

<<I am trying to find a copy of Jean-Pierre Gorin's 1979 documentary
POTO AND CABENGO. I know the film is distributed by New Yorker
Films, but does anyone have a video copy I could use for personal
screening purposes only?>>
