The New York Exposition of Short Film and Video celebrates its 31st
year as the nation's longest running festival of shorts with a
brilliant line-up of new animation, experimental, documentary and
narrative films and videos from around the world, plus interactive
media. On November 19, the New York Expo opens with an evening of
screenings and discussion sponsored by New York Women in Film &
Television. On November 20 the Expo hosts a night of Dance on
Camera, co-sponsored by the Dance Films Association, with
award-winning works that meld the arts of choreography and
filmmaking.

Wednesday, November 19, 7 to 9:30 pm Women in Film & Video
Screenings and panel discussion, moderated by Patricia Thomson of
the Association of Independent Video and Filmmakers: The short as a
calling card, distribution options for short films, and female
expression in filmmaking.
Thursday, November 20, 7 to 9:30 pm Dance on Camera
Independent dance films plus selections from the 4th Annual Fosse
Awards, honoring choreographers working in the commercial film and
television industries. Panel discussion featuring Graciela Daniele,
Woody Allen's choreographer for "Everybody Says I Love You"
