It might be interesting to check out that old Alice and Wonderland stop
animation "ALICE."  In that the little doll resembles Barbie almost
exactly.  I find the movie itself fascinating, but to add the idea of it
being Barbie that is going through the looking glass would certainly add
a new level to its meaning.  I'm pretty sure its Swedish, but I can't
remember the director's name, please forgive.
