    It's been while since I saw them, but the Coen bros "BLOOD SIMPLE" (84)
    and the Dahl bros' "RED ROCK WEST" (93) register in my memory bank as
    postman-type plots.
 
    Then again maybe its just something about small-town USA, highways and
    the dead of night....
