I don't recall if the words are actually spoken, but the relationship between
Dennis Quaid and the ambisexual alien played by Lou Gossett in ENEMY MINE
might be worth a look.
 
I can think of a number of films where the words "I love you" *might* occur
but I can't swear that they do: eg, Sean Penn's last statement to his brother
(and/or vice-versa) in DEAD MAN WALKING; Spock acknowledging "feelings" to
Kirk in the first STAR TREK movie and I think at least implied at the end
THE WRATH OF KHAN.
