        From a Venice FilmFest website:

2:23 pm / Will Irish Eyes Be Smiling?

LION'S BAR -- Here on the patio outside this aptly
named bar, we just heard our first semi-official rumor:
"Michael Collins" is going to get the Golden Lion
tonight, and "Ken Loach will win something" for
Carla's song. This comes from an Italian actress we
know, and she knows everyone. And that's about as
semi-official you can get around here today. -- R.K
