ICONS & ADVERSARIES: AVIDEO SERIES ----is seeking submissions for
a video program at Monroe Community College,  April 23 &25, 1996.
 
"Icons and Adversaries" is a program dealing with various ways of
interpreting personal relationship to public personas and adversarial
figures or institutions.  How do celebrities, stars and public
figures shape our identites and desires?  How do various oppressive
institutions and figures affect our perceptions of ourselves and
others?  We are seeking short works on videotape: original format,
length and genre may vary.  Exhibition format must be 3/4 or VHS.
