1996 World Population Film/video Festival calls for entries.
 
The Festival for secondary and college students. Want students to
express themselves about population growth, resource consumption, the
environment, and our common global future.
 
Students are free to use any cinematic form- drama, animation,
image-monage, documentary, etc... and their pieces can be any lenth.
 
----must address the festival's inter-related themes
----must be produced by a current secondary or college student or
such a proup.
----must be submitted in 1/2 VHS (NTSC) format
--- Must be postmarked by June 1, 1996
----$10,000 in prizes
