I am curious about if there are any other subscribers to SCREEN-L who have
knowledge concerning studies which have used telemetric data on the level of
the individual television viewer, or if, in fact, any of you do research
utilizing this form of data.
 
I am aiming towards operationalizing certain concepts to aid the
understanding of the zapping, channel loyalty, and programme devotion
phenomena.
