Don't know if someone's already posted on this, but... the
two I know of that are somewhat standard are "Movie Magic"
and "Movie Budgeting", which are scheduling and budgeting
programs, respectively.
 
Both are from Screenplay Systems in Burbank, CA.  A friend who
is both a producer and UPM relies heavily on both, though
he is using (relatively) old DOS versions of them.
