Dear fellow Internetters

URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT

I am a school principal in Brisbane, Australia. One of my teachers is
doing some media studies as part of his Masters Degree, and would like
information that any teacher may have on the manner in which film studios
and television production companies promote and market their presentations
through advertising and the agency of toys and competitions.

eg. Ninja Turtles films were promoted with toys, & competitions; books and
films based on each other are marketed in particuar ways; some sporting
leagues are marketed through cards, etc.

Any specific information on the way the media and advertising works will be
welcomed.

This information is needed urgently please help this non-internetter see
some real value in the use of the Internet!

Many thanks,

Brian
