The film festival is open to any student or independently produced
film or video completed after Jan. 1, 1993 with a reasonable 'non-
commercial' budget.
Entry format: a) video-vhs, 3/4 & Hi-8mm (Ntsc format only)
b) film -8mm, 16mm, and 35mm
Fiction, Documentary, Animation, Experimental/visual arts
