A friend of mine uses Lynne S. Gross' and Larry Ward's "Electronic
Moviemaking" (Wadsworth Publishing Co., Belmont, CA) in a basic film/tape
course she teaches at Boston University.  Also, Ascher and Pincus'
"Handbook..." is indispensible.  Good Luck
