    The 7th annual Film Front National Student Film and Video Festival
    is open on 1/9/95-1/14/95 to all student filmmakers in the US,
    Canada and Mexico who have produced works on the college or
    university level. For those outside these countries, woks are
    only accepted if they are in English/spanish, carry subtitles or
    are overly dependent upon language and are submitted in US
    broadcasting format.
 
    Films and videos must have been completed after 6/1/92. Last
    year's entries are not eligible.
 
    Entries must be on 16mm (silent or optical sound), 3/4", Beta,
    VHS, SVHS or video 8 format. Running time should between 2 and 30
    minutes. Ten awards will be given this year. The entry deadline is
    1/2/95.
 
    You may submit more than one entry, but with separate entry form
    and fee. One entry fee is $ 30.
