distributors such as Todd Tjersland of THREAT THEATER INTERNATIONAL

taken directly from laserdisc. Otherwise, most video copies either come
from San Francisco based Chinese language sources such as Pan-Asia who
have copies sometimes with or without subtitles (even those with, occasion
ally have the English sts well below the frame. CITY ON FIRE is scheduled for
screening at the Chicago Art Institute sometime in October. Meanwhile, those
lacking access to theatrical prints often have to rely on video sources and
copies vary. There is a definite need for access to better video copies of
