Re #C. You will  have to search outside the mainstream video rental companies
and investigate sources who advertize in PSYCHOTRONIC, VIDEO WATCHDOG, and
other fan magazines. Have you tried SINISTER CINEMA? There are some other
companies I've forgotten but you may want to look up an article on
video rental/ sales firms which appeared in JUMP CUT #37 (1992). Just
keep exploring these sources via fantasy magazine ads and I'm sure
