Off the top of my head (and some are GOOD lawyers):

Anatomy of a Murder
 
I guess the common thread in all is that a trial figures heavily in the
story.  I could come up with more - but you said off the top. Looking at the
list I'd say they were pretty balanced in terms of good/bad lawyers with
perhaps a little more weight on the good side.  Carole Shmurak
