          How about The Simpsons (do you get that in Sweden) which has
          had several Kane references, the last just a couple of weeks
          ago.  The opening shots replicated the opening shots of Kane
          and wound up in Mr. Burns' bedroom as he talked about his
          lost teddy-bear.  There was an earlier episode that featured
          Smithers and a chorus line singing a version of the Kane
          song performed at the Inquirer party.
 
          One might also argue that the huge poster of Harvey Dent in
          the first Batman is a Kane reference.
