    The ninth Annual Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film and Video Festival is
    currently seeking film and video productions for its Spring 1994 event,
    sponsored by Visual Communications and the UCLA Film and Television
    Archive.
 
    Productions for consideration include shorts and features in the
    following categories:  dramatics/narratives, documentaries,
    experimental works and animation/graphic films; and 1-channel
    videoworks in all genres.  Super 8mm, 16mm, and 35mm entries (film);
    and NTSC-format works (video) by Asian and Pacific Americans with
    themes involving, but not limited to, Asian Pacific American culture,
    history and experiences are welcome and encouraged.
 
    A $5 shipping and handling fee, payable to Visual Communications, is
    required for return of preview tapes.  Entry material are available by
    contacting the Festival Director, Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film and
    Video Festival c/o Visual Communications, 263 S. Los Angeles Street,
    Suite 307, Los Angeles, CA  90012.
 
    Deadline for entries is 31 January 1994.
