CLOSING NOTICE

The Motion Picture, Sound, and Video Branch, and the Still Picture
Branch of the National Archives are scheduled to move to new facilities
at Archives II in College Park, Maryland in the Spring of 1994.  To
prepare for and complete the move, services will be discontinued during
that period as follows:

Research Room:             The research room will be closed after February
                           12, 1994.  Self-service video will be available
                           beginning March 14, 1994.  All research room
                           services will be available beginning March 21,
                           1994.
 
Reference Requests:        We will be unable to process reference
                           inquiries (letters, faxes, phone calls and e-
                           mail) after December 30, 1993, and will resume
                           on March 21, 1994.
 
Reproduction Orders:       We will be unable to process reproduction
                           orders postmarked after December 13, 1993, and
                           will resume on March 21, 1994.
