The title I think you are referring to is "Creature Comforts" (1989: 1991
Academy Award winner), made by Aardman Animations, a British company that
specialises in plasticine and model animation. I'm not sure either whether
it quite qualifies as but I certainly agree that its an amusing and
thoughtful film. Our copy of "Creature Comforts" is in a compilation
entitled "Aardman Animations Vol. 1" from Connoisseur Video, 10A Stephen
Mews, London W1P 0AX, but you may have to find an American source if you
want an NTSC copy.
