Since it comes up here quite often, the following may be of interest.  AVC
PRESENTATION has an article in the Feb.  93 issue (p.31+) on "Economical
PC-to-Video Conversion." It has some recommendations, but seems most useful
because it explains the workings, limitations and advantages of various
equipment--RGB to NTSC, VGA w/video out, 480-line scan converters, and high
rez scan converters.  Seems useful.
