The first I saw wasJUGGLING GENDER, by Tami Gold (1992, from Women Make
Movies)--a videotape documentary about a sharply intelligent woman with
a beard who is a lesbian.  She describes/analyzes her situation both
wryly and perceptively.
 
SEcond was Yvonne Welbon's FIRST LOVE, a segment of a larger videotape
project that is still underway.  Welbon is a grad student at the School
of the Art Institute in Chicago. This piece mixes documentary interviews
of a lesbian describing her first love and recreated, narrative
segments of that love.  It's a bit rough technically, but it provides
interesting insight into what it is like to be a woman of color and a
lesbian.
 
There were a few more films.  Perhaps someone else caught them?
