According to guidelines and materials that I have
on hand and distribute regularly to faculty who
usually ignore them, this would be an infringement.

Usually any duplication or public performance (showing
to a group of people outside the household) is con-
sidered an infringement, regardless of intent.

However, networks do grant permission to non-profits from
time to time and the best approach is to contact them
directly, not through a local affiliate.

Ask for person in charge of copyright clearances.

Also, for future reference, take a look at a small
publication called _How to Acquire Legal Copies of
Video Programs_ by Beda Johnson (1987), Pub. by Video
Resources Enterprise, P.O. Box 191218, San Diego, CA 92119.

Good Luck,
