Thanks, Bob and Henry, for the movie titles.  I want to make it clear
that in no way did I mean to suggest that I think sex suddenly appeared in
movies in 1960, or that my generation invented sex -- I am a medieval
historian and Shakespeare/Chaucer scholar.  I was merely doing as the note
said: asking for movies to broaden my film knowledge beyond mainstream
George Cukor, Frank Capra, and such (not that I don't love those).  I do
appreciate your help and ideas.
