Last week someone asked about Black film activity around New York. At the time
I couldn't remember a name; I may now have remembered the wrong one. But the
name Pearl Bowser came to mind as a person active around New York in archiving
and curating Black Film programs. If my memory is playing tricks, it won't be
the first time.
