I'm thinking about compiling a course reader to supplement
Cook's History of Narrative Film in a film history survey course.
My intention is to bring students closer to primary sources.
In addition to W.E.B. Dubois' critique of BIRTH OF A NATION in
THE CRISIS and the texts of decisions in Mutual v. Ohio Industrial
Commission, Burstyn v. Wilson and U.S. v. Paramount et al, what
     other documents can anyone suggest?

     Thanks for your ideas.
