I did write about DVDs in my PhD thesis, and found some good information in
trade journals such as Broadcasting and Cable and Variety. She might want
to start by looking into Warren Lieberfarb. He was the head of Warner Home
Video for more than 20 years, and is known as the "Father of the DVD."
