NYU Los Angeles is seeking local, part-time lecturers to teach media/film studies seminars under the sponsorship of Media, Culture, and Communication Department at the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. Courses will take place in the academic center in the Fairfax/La Brea area of Los Angeles. Teaching commences in Fall 2019 (September 3 through December 17). 

The instructor role includes all preparation, delivery, and grading. Some administrative assistance is available to support the preparation of course materials. Courses are to be intellectually challenging in content and rigorous student assessment is required.
