2. List of doctoral theses on French cinema updated

Some 45 previously unlisted theses have been added to the list, mostly from the USA. I have deleted what was becoming an unwieldy list on the webpage, and placed the list in a downloadable Word document.

3. PhD bursary at Nottingham Trent University (deadline 11 December 2015)
Professor Martin O’Shaughnessy wishes to recruit a good MA student to do a PhD on post-crisis (as in post-2008 financial crisis) French or European cinema as part of NTU’s VC bursaries scheme. The scheme pays full fees for UK / EU students plus a generous grant for living expenses. More details available here: http://www.ntu.ac.uk/research/graduate_school/studentships/vc_researcher_development_scheme/index.html . Deadline for applications is 11/12/2015. Please contact Martin directly at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>; and if colleagues know of any suitable candidates, please do pass the information on to them.
