Dear All,

Mike Vraney, the founder of SOMETHING WEIRD and a foremost cataloguer and curator of exploitation cinema, has died. His enormous efforts in unearthing forgotten films have contributed a great deal to our understanding of exploitation cinema. He was also an archaeologist of sorts of industrial and educational films. He and his passions will be missed.
