My name is Suzanne Scott, and I am the chair of programming for Phoenix

Rising, an academic conference focused on all things Harry Potter.
Phoenix

Rising will take place May 17-21, 2007, in the French Quarter of New

Orleans. We expect over 1,000 adult attendees at Phoenix Rising:

academics, educators, librarians, writers, artists, professionals and
fans

from around the world.
