CALL FOR PAPERS 

"Cinema/Cinemas": Annual Conference of the Literature/Film Association
Dickinson College, Carlisle, PA 
October 13-16, 2005

Proposals (300-500 words) for papers (20-minute reading time) on ALL 
areas of film studies are invited.  Papers on biopics, foreign film, 
adaptations, remakes, contextual approaches to film, film and adaptation 
theory, and other related topics are especially welcome.  Panels are 
also strongly encouraged. 

Send proposals for papers and panels to Prof. Nancy Mellerski, 
Conference Director, Department of French, PO Box 1773, Dickinson 
College, Carlisle, PA 17013 by mail, or (preferred) by email attachment 
at [log in to unmask]  Deadline for proposals is August 15, 2005.  
Notification of acceptance by August 31, 2005.
