Hello,

I am doing a film related research paper on how women's illnesses play a
role in movies. I want to discuss how women are portrayed as threats in
certain movies, and how making them ill or sick and ultimately having them
die is a specific way of reducing their "threatening figure" to the male
fantasy.

I hope you can help me find some articles or journals on this topic.

I am not a subscriber to the list and therefore would like to get any
replies off-list, and
sent directly to my e-mail address: [log in to unmask]

Thank you!
