Hi,

The Turkish Executioner is on:

Films Of George Melies: Volume 1 (252698)
Physical Black and White/Monochrome; Silent; 54 min
Year 1996
Distributor Facets Video (1833)
Synopsis Seven short subjects from the French early cinema. Elaborate sets
and trick photography are what make the Melies material so interesting to
watch. TRIP TO THE MOON is a fantasy rocket to the moon. MELOMANIAC
represents music staff lines that contain duplicate heads of the conductor
as notes. In THE MONSTER an Egyptian magician creates a monster from thin
air. In TERRIBLE TURKISH EXECUTIONER four men are beheaded at one time.
PALACE OF ARABIAN NIGHTS presents a trip to the netherworld to win a
princess. In THE ECLIPSE shows scientists gathering to watch a solar
eclipse. In CONQUEST OF THE NORTH POLE scientists encounter all types of
creatures.
