Try Uludag Video.  I haven't looked for it.  It won't be subtitled if they have it.

It probably won't be a great print, but they're cheap.  I have a friend from Turkey who borrowed my catalog and now plans to spend
$100 for 20 videos, their cheapest plan.  He says it's very strange to come to Indianapolis and hear a non-Turk speaking Turkish and
pronouncing it correctly, albeit with the wrong accent, even though I don't speak fluently, just enough to say film titles (and know
roughly how they translate) and people's names properly.
