What I have begun to do is to take my cell phone into the theater
with the manager's number already loaded into memory. Then, when
something goes awry, I call him and complain. It saves me from
having to run out (sometimes repeatedly) to complain to teenaged
concession stand workers or ticket takers and consequently miss part
of the film.
