You're probably right.  I do hate revisionism, and
it's wrongheaded of me to partially excuse it in a
film that I enjoyed.  I mainly wanted to clarify that
it wasn't hidden anywhere that _Shadow..._ operates on
a 'what if' instead of an 'it was' format.  It was a
premise, a conscious reformatting instead of incorrect
history.  Perhaps as bad, perhaps not.
