CALL FOR PAPERS: American Presidency in Film and TV: NBC's "West Wing"

    Papers are invited for panels concerning NBC's "West Wing"
television series at the Film and History League conference on
The American Presidency in Film.  Papers are invited concerning any episode,
character, or theme of the series or other appropriate topic. Creative
talents from the series have been invited for a screening and panel. The
conference will be held November 10-12 near the Ronald Reagan Presidential
Library and is sponsored by the Film and History League. The three-day
event will lead to publication of selected articles in an anthology from a
major press.  A national secondary school film contest on the
subject of The Presidency will be held concurrently with the finalists
shown at the conference.
