Having grown-up in the New York City of the 50's I remember The Warner
Theatre in Times Sq.as the theatre that was used for showing all of the
Cinerama films through the decade. In the 60's the Cinerama films were showed
at the Loew's Capitol, needless to say these theatres have been torn down, to
make room for Disneyland on the East. Most of the other roadshow attractions
of the 50's & 60's were shown at The Rivoli & The Criterion Theatres also
criminally torn down.
